This video is a few minutes of footage from the courtroom during Tim’s arriangment with prosecutor Claudia Grasso at the stand explaining a few details.

  • Lambesis e-mailed his wife, Meggan, in August to say he didn’t love her anymore and didn’t believe in God anymore. Shortly thereafter, she learned that Lambesis had had multiple affairs and filed for divorce.
  • Lambesis twice approached other members of his gym and asked if they knew anyone who could have Meggan killed.
  • Once authorities became aware of Lambesis’ plans, they set up a sting operation. On May 7 he met with an undercover detective posing as a hitman named “Red.”
  • Lambesis believed “that it’s better for his children to have one healthy relationship with one parent rather than two unhealthy ones.”
  • Lambesis “approached Red, and said that he wanted his wife gone. When asked, he said I don’t want to see her ever again. When specifically asked, do you want her dead, he said, yes that’s exactly what I want.” Grasso claims the prosecution have an audio recording of this exchange.
  • Lambesis gave Red an envelope containing a thousand dollars cash, photographs of Meggan, Meggan’s address, Meggan’s security gate codes and instructions on how to enter her home, and specific dates when he would have the children in his custody, allowing Meggan to be murdered.

Well, that clears that up.  If you didn’t believe it before then this is should switch you over.  This is pretty crazy stuff.  If you want someone dead then just pull a Varg.

He’s going to prison for quite a while.  Sorry folks.

Frontman of As I lay Dying, Austrian Death Machine, and Pyrithion is currently in Vista Jail after apparently talking to an undercover policeman trying to find someone to put a hit on his wife.  Wife, or should I say soon to be ex-wife, since she filed for divorce in September 2012. …arrested at a store on Vista Way in Oceanside about 2 p.m., after allegedly soliciting an undercover detective to kill his spouse, an Encinitas resident, according to sheriff’s officials. Authorities began investigating Lambesis, 32, in the case on Thursday, when they received information that he allegedly was trying to get someone to commit the slaying. [x] Wwwwwwwhat?  This makes you wonder what’s up with all that money accumulated through crowd-funding.  I don’t imagine he’ll be walking freely anytime soon.  He’ll most likely have an arraignment with a judge, then get put on a ridiculous bond since he was allegedly plotting to have someone murdered. I’m quite shocked, and upset. I want Pyrithion to thrive! Wut
